the breakfast had a live cooking station. services from the cleaning crew dinesh and sanjay were efficient and timely. i extended my stay due to unforeseen circumstances. the staff, seema at the front desk and tusli, were very helpful and made the process smooth.
I requested an early check-in but it was not available. when i checked into my room, i found no towels or napkins were present. after multiple requests, i received only one towel. That was not enough.

the room was a twin room. it included two separate beds. the room service operated efficiently and promptly! the cleaning crew kept the room tidy and well kept.

the room was clean.
The shower pressure was very weak and inconsistent. It made showering difficult. also, the check-in process took a very long time, nearly an hour, even though i had a reservation. i found that frustrating after a long journey i made.
